Who is Stefan Gustafsson, global fraudster???

A Swedish national, born in Nykyrka on 27 September 1978, his early financial career started in Barcelona, Spain, working for Guardian Wealth Management, the same financial group as Aaron Pacitti, Yana Pacitti, Rhys Harriott and Anuj Ghosh. In selling pension and investment products to expats living in Spain and Sweden, Stefan Gustafsson ("SG") developed a network of clients he would later defraud, or jump into bed with for executing fraud. In particular, he met Karin Hedenquist, Swedish national living in Barcelona, Frederick Eckersten, Swedish national living in Barcelona, Filip Gil, Swedish national living in Malaga, all to be involved in SG's frauds.. These early contacts re-surface as part of the LFP1 - Columna Commodities fraud (SG, Pacitti, Ghosh, Hariott, Hedenquist, Eckersten, Gil), and Alliance Omnibus fraud (SG, Gil), both investment funds set up in Luxembourg under the Luxembourg Fund Partners umbrella (now Alter Domus Management), and collapsing with US$ 75 million of fraudulent losses to investors.

Columna Commodities fund was the brainchild of Aaron Pacitti and Anuj Ghosh, London-based Guardian Wealth Management pension investments salesmen. Ghosh was a shareholder in UK-based Blackstar Capital, run by Mark Stephens. Stephens set up a Luxembourg-based sister fund to Columna in 2012, LFP1 - Blackstar Commodities fund, which also defrauded investors of all their funds, with Stephens acting as a director of the LFP1 fund vehicle throughout its fraudulent life. Aaron Paciti did a cut & paste, and together with his wife Yana Pacitti and Stefan Gustafsson, launched YAS Investment Management and then launched Columna. Not one of the 3 "managers" had an ounce of commodities investing experience, but the Luxembourg regulator, ever greedy for fees, approved this fraud circus in 2013 for it to start raising money and start investing.

Now the fraudsters got to work! Karin Hedenquist and Frederick Eckersten set up 2 Spanish companies, Megahan House and Pyxus Refinery, both with a short life but then liquidated with US 10 million of losses in 2016. Filip Gil also marketed Columna in Spain. SG's Swedish/Spanish mafia group's fait accompli.

The Pacittis and Harriott now marketed the fund from Dubai, Ghosh from London, and with made up investment results every month raised a lot of money from unsuspecting clients. SG moved to Monaco, a new lifestyle of Ferraris, cigars, and rubbed shoulders with diamond trader Francis Mvemba, who together with fraudster Walter Bizzarri received almsost US$ 40 million of stolen proceeds from Columna. The Columna Ponzi scheme collapsed in late 2016, wih US$ 55 million of losses...

SG loved his new life.. Barely able to spell the word commodities, he now launched a cookie-cutter fraud with Filip Gil, the Alliance - Omnibus Property Fund. This Luxembourg-regulated fund, again under the umbrella of Luxembourg Fund Partners, defrauded almost US$ 20 million from investors.

After Columna collapsed, SG worked with Rhys Hariott at Robusto Asset Management, marketing Alliance Omnibus to unsuspecting investors.

Meanwhile, the fall out with Swedish investors, particularly in Luxembourg, was huge. Sedbank closed all its fund operations in face of the majpr losses in Columna, being the bihggest investor and marketing a feeder fund to its Swedish retail clients. SEB Life in Ireland and in Sweden was also hurt..

And where is Stefan Gustafsson now? After being arrested at Frankfurt airport, extradited to Luxembourg and held in jail before being charged,
he was bailed out and fled to Dubai - to start all over again with his frauds...Gustafsson Brothers Technical Services
